LET US SELL/BUY YOUR ITEMS ONLINE FOR YOU
(eBay auctions, Yahoo auctions, Craigslist auctions, Amazon.com auctions)

Hello:

Consumertronics.net is in business for decades in New Mexico, and we have been and are buying and selling Online for over a decade (our eBay Store link is above - about 800 Items now). We are basically opportunistic Buyers and Sellers (and Traders): When we find a reasonably priced item - almost without regard as to what kind of item it is (although we do prefer electronic parts and test equipment, hardware, industrial equipment and scientific instrumentation), we will buy it, clean it up, test it, lubricate if necessary, and make touch-ups, repairs and modifications as necessary in our great shop and laboratory, and resell it for a profit. We would like to share our talent and favorable ratings with clients to mutually profit us all. Please note that we offer special advantages (e.g. equipment repair, extra security, confidentiality, high eBay ratings, etc.) which no other known Online Seller or Buyer - probably including yourself - can or will provide you, and we offer as well the advantages possessed by most highly experienced Online Sellers and Buyers (e.g. expertise with keywords and key phrases to Sell high and Buy low, phishing and other scam, fraud and criminal avoidance and countermeasures, the best times to list items and to bid on items, etc.):
SELLING: Want to Sell some or all of your personal or business (non-real estate) property? Are you moving, need to clean out your clutter, seeking a simpler lifestyle, need money, you don't want to be traced to the items you Sell (Note: We can't sell anything illegal or immoral, however, everyone has perfectly legitimate reasons for not announcing to the entire world what Items he/she wants or needs to sell, for examples, you highly value your privacy, or you don't want to offend love ones who gifted useless or unwanted items to you, you fear being targeted for theft or burglary, you don't want people to think you are having financial problems, you have a secret hobby/secret interest, etc.), have items you want to Sell while they still have some value, or want to replace older/obsolete items with newer ones? Or do you own or manage a store and would like to see your items sell faster? Selling Online can often bring you more money at far less hassle dealing with Buyers than selling locally (if you can even find local Buyers). The “trick” with Selling effectively Online is to know how to optimally categorize your item and to cleverly inject numerous effective keywords and key phrases into your Item description to make it much easier for potential Buyers of all kinds to search it out thereby maximizing competition for the item and its ultimate sale price - we have that expertise (for example, see our description for the Security Seals / Safety Seals we sell in our eBay Store). Life is too short! And especially if because of lack of time, Online auction access, a substantial auction rating to command more and greater bids (our eBay rating is now a 1,300+ under our user name "Troodont"), expertise (we've been successfully Selling Online for years), and-or ability to maximally price items with a reasonable expectation of auctioning them off for those amounts, letting us sell your items Online for you can mean getting more money for them. Our service certainly beats donating/trashing them, or trying to sell them at a laborious, time-wasting and chancy flea market, garage sale, or expensive rent consignment stores you have to constantly check on and maintain, or driving up your stress level. Especially when it is done by us because we pride ourselves in not only selling the bacon but also selling the sizzle! Our aim is to sell your items for the absolute highest prices we believe we can reasonably get! Typically, for items we sell Online, we get 3-5 times what we paid for them. Some items we have sold Online we would have never sold locally because there is simply little or no local market for them in Albuquerque, NM, and central New Mexico, and would have had to trash/donate them. And we have sold items for 150+ times what we paid for them (Just two examples: (1) Solenoid coil winder, bought for $2 - sold for $299.95! (14,000+% profit) - Ebay Item #2302985499, and (2) Dictaphone Digital Transcriber, bought for $4 - sold for $599.95 (again, 14K+% profit) - Ebay Item #3421744649)! All you need to find is one person in the eBay universe (millions scattered everywhere on a global basis) who is willing to pay at least your minimum asking price (Auction items that sell on eBay often sell higher than the minimum (list) price). Never assume that because you no longer need/want your item, even no longer recall what it was used for or know how to use it, even if it is an item that is of an older technology, even if it is an item so specialized or rare that probably only a few people would be interested in it, or even if it once was a relatively expensive item but is now broken or missing hardware/software (especially if it is a high-quality and well-built item generally well-taken care of) there is not somebody out there willing to pay YOU good money for it. If necessary, we will also do minor cleaning, repairs, modifications, lubrication, painting, add accessories, and-or make other touchups at no extra charge to you which we can do, which will significantly enhance its sale, and which is cost-effective based on the value of the item. At least give us the opportunity to try to sell it for you Online (if you have any questions or concerns about our Seller program, please email them to us ( wizguru@consumertronics.net, please don't phone as I am often in lab); be specific in SUBJECT line to avoid spam filters; if you have a specific Item(s) in mind, please see AAF form below).
Free Item Repairs & Improvements! Solely at our discretion and at no liability to us, we may attempt modifications, repairs (including replacing some missing or broken parts), minor cleaning, lubrication, painting, add accessories (e.g. computer cards, software, memory chips, extra cables, etc.), and-or make other touchups(at no charge to you!) at no additional cost to you because often even a small improvement (e.g. adding a missing power adapter, power cord or cable - we have 100s of spare power adapters, power cords and cables just to replace broken and missing ones for equipment we buy and resell) can translate into a much higher price due to greater Bidder interest and consequent higher bids - we both profit. We have thousands of electrical/electronic/hardware parts and decades of experience at troubleshooting and repairing equipment, replacing things like switches, connectors, displays, etc. And we have well-equipped mechanical and electronic shops with lots of test equipment. And on the same basis, if your item lacks a functional battery(ies), power adapter module, cord, cable, card, other module, essential software, switch, knob, handle, bolts, screws, etc. and we have them on hand that will work, we will supply them for your Online sale (we can usually even determine what power supply an item needs if unknown to you by lifting its cover and analyzing its circuitry!) to convert your "broken" item into a much higher value selling one to profit us both. We can also often obtain the driver software for computer-related items (Windows 95 and above). Again, there is no charge to our Client for any improvement we can make for an Online sale because our share of the higher price it will probably command Online will also be higher! If your Item is new or in mint condition and complete, we will try to sell it for you if it is worth at least $50 (MULTIPLE ITEMS: If more than one very similar or identical items are to be listed by us, each item must be worth at least 10 cents and their total value of all items must be at least $75). However, for us to make significant repairs or improvements, your item must be worth at least $80 (if more than one very similar or identical items are to be listed by us, each item must be worth at least $10 and their total value must be at least $120). Items must be provided to us in basically clean condition, in an external box or bag (even if in its original box or package), packed reasonably well to prevent damage, and with all power adapters, cords, cables, modules, manuals, attachments, accessories, software, cartridges, and original packaging you can find for it.
We Include Much Improved Seller Security - For Free! There are many crooks and scammers who prowl Online auctions to rip-off Sellers - surprisingly easy to do! These include several major payment type scams, phishing scams, etc. Some Sellers have been ruined because they made just one mistake which allowed the crook to penetrate their Online auction or Online payment account, steal their financial and personal data, empty their account and steal their identity. There are all kinds of traps out there just waiting for the newbie Online Seller to fall into. For example, did you know that there is a certain way that you can ship your Item to a Buyer that would prove in a court of law he/she received the item, but that PayPal does not recognize as proof of delivery, and if the Buyer paid by PayPal and complains to PayPal he/she didn't receive the Item, PayPal will automatically give the Buyer full refund out of your hide without the Buyer even having to return the Item (we are savvy to this trap because it happened to us)? If you are not savvy as to how sophisticated Online auction criminals can financially damage or destroy you and how to prevent such attacks, we very strongly advise that you do NOT try to Sell on Online auctions yourself. We are savvy to these kinds of attacks. Another popular scam is for the "Buyer" to buy a junk item for cheap at a local flea market or garage sale, usually an expensive item when new or in mint condition. He/she then buys your new or mint condition item of the same make and model. When he/she gets your item, he/she then loudly complains to eBay, PayPal and/or others that you had shipped him/her the junk hardware, returns the junk hardware to you and gets a full refund while keeping your new or mint condition item to use or quickly sell for drugs. You are stuck with the junk item and you have no money to show for it. We deploy several effective methods to minimize these types of frauds, one such method being: Most electronic equipment, computer equipment, power tools and other larger items, allow us to affix what is called a Keller Security Seal - a uniquely numbered security seal / safety seal that can be removed only by cutting or burning off the seal or disassembling the Item. If the Buyer then tries to do the old switcheroo trick on us, we have a photo with the item under seal and the seal # recorded, and it makes it harder for him/her to convince anyone to give him/her a refund. Furthermore, cutting a seal to commit fraud in some states is a serious crime, which means we can complain to all of the law enforcement of the Buyer's jurisdiction and to the Online auction service, PayPal, etc.
Multiple Online Auction Sells Maximizes Sales! Identical and very similar items often bring a greater profit if Sold in separate smaller quantities. This can result in multiple and sequential and even simultaneous Online sales. And occasionally, we combine items to make the resulting item more complete, more in the range of quantities or accessories normally purchased for that type of item, improve function, complement each other, are very similar, or to provide that little extra "juice" to beat out competition. Solely at our discretion and at no liability to us, we may separate items into smaller lots if we believe that the smaller lots will bring a significantly greater overall net profit to both you and us, and that we may combine items if we believe that the combined item will bring a greater overall net profit than the sums of the original items. Separating items is particularly useful for larger quantities of small parts, such as electronic components and small hardware (both of which often sell very well and are easier to handle, ship and store). For example, an item may originally consist of 1,000 integrated circuits (ICs) in tubes - each tube typically comes with 25 or 50 ICs (total of 40 or 20 tubes in this example). Typically, most electronic hobbyists and shops are interested in 25 - 100 IC quantities, and seldom bid on lots over 200 or less than 20 ICs (rare and valuable ICs are the exception) because their S/H becomes too costly for them. Furthermore, the price of each IC usually dramatically decreases as quantities increase (e.g. Buyers willing to pay $2 each for 25 ICs may balk at 20 cents each for 1,000 of same ICs). Therefore, a much greater net profit is likely for selling lots of 25-100 ICs (depending on the IC) than larger quantities. Sometimes, combining very similar items also improves profit (e.g. combining similarly specified NPN and PNP power transistors as complementary pairs is likely to produce greater profit than selling the same NPNs and PNPs separately). Separating and combining may be done together (e.g. separating 1,000 NPNs and 1,000 PNPs into 50-unit lots each, and then combining each 50-unit NPN lot with a 50-unit PNP lot). What are "very similar" items for separating and combining purposes is at our discretion (e.g. we will likely consider two different op amp ICs to be very similar, but will likely not consider an IC to be very similar to a transistor).
Dutch Auctions & Reserve Price Auctions! We will also do Dutch Auctions and Reserve Price Auctions for you. For Dutch Auctions, our commission is based on total sales of all items won in the auction. For Reserve Price Auctions, in addition to our normal Sales Fee (see below for Sales Fee schedule) based on the sale of the item, we require a nonrefundable fee of 10% of the Reserve Price, paid to us in the form of a separate Postal M.O. or Western Union prior to the auction (part of this 10% is used by us to pay for the substantially increased fees charged for Reserve Auctions). We do not recommend Reserve Price Auctions or Dutch Auctions because most Buyers like bidding to be simple, and your chances of generating a lot of competitive bidding is usually less for Reserve Price Auctions and Dutch Auctions.
BUYING: Are you just too busy to do much of your own shopping, you lack an Online auction account or expertise, you don't want to be traced to the items you buy (Note: We can't buy anything illegal or immoral, however, everyone has perfectly legitimate reasons for not announcing to the entire world what Items he/she wants or needs to buy, for examples, you highly value your privacy, or you need to confidently acquire items for gifts, you fear being targeted for theft or burglary, you have a secret hobby/secret interest, etc.)? Or are there certain special or valuable items that rarely come up for sale, but when they do, you don't want to miss out of buying them but you simply don't have the time to be constantly searching for them Online? For a fee, we will search for items you want or need in an Online auction site, and then buy them at the price you specify, if and when they become available. One can often purchase high quality items he/she wants or needs from Online auction sellers at a fraction of what that same item would cost if bought locally, and without having to make mind-numbing phone calls and trips to stores, drive up your stress level, drive some distance and use up your valuable gas and time dealing and haggling with local potential sellers (who may not even have the item in stock regardless of what they earlier claimed on the phone!). And some items you may need may not even be available locally. The “trick” with Buying effectively Online is to know how to optimally configure keywords and key phrases using advanced Boolean logic techniques to maximally search for items so the best items are purchased for the lowest prices - we have that expertise (we've been successfully Buying Online for years, in fact, much of the Items we sell Online we just bought Online!). Online Sellers often so poorly describe their items that normal searches won't find them, but because we shrewdly know the Boolean logic search tricks we usually find them - we often find items in Online auctions so ineptly described by sellers that competition to buy them is little or none, and we win the items at very low bargain prices. Timing in buying items is also critical - we know how to optimally bid on items to lessen competition, shill bidding and bidding wars for them, thereby often winning items at barebone prices. Our aim is to Buy quality items for you Online at the absolute minimum prices we can reasonably get them for you. Life is too short! Consider, that all you need to find is one person selling on eBay who is selling the item you want at a price you are willing to bid for it (auctions usually close at lower prices). Give us the chance to try to find items for you at prices you are willing to pay. The item we seek for you must be valued at least $100 (if you have any questions or concerns about our Buyer program, please email them to us ( wizguru@consumertronics.net, please don't phone as I am often in lab); be specific in SUBJECT line to avoid spam filters; if you have a specific Item(s) in mind, please see AAF form below).
We Include Much Improved Buyer Security - For Free! There are many crooks and scammers who prowl Online auctions to rip-off Buyers - also surprisingly easy to do! These include several major payment type scams, phishing scams, etc. Some Buyers have been ruined because they made just one mistake which allowed the crook to penetrate their Online auction or Online payment account, steal their financial and personal data, empty their account and steal their identity. There are all kinds of traps out there just waiting for the newbie Online Buyer to fall into. For example, did you know that in some types of Online auctions, you can be the highest bidder at auction close, and the Seller can refuse to sell you the item unles you pay him/her even more money? We do and unless our Client instructs us otherwise, we avoid those kinds of auctions. If you are not savvy as to how sophisticated Online auction criminals can financially damage or destroy you and how to prevent such attacks, we very strongly advise that you do NOT try to Buy on Online auctions yourself. We are savvy to these kinds of attacks.
BOTH: For both Seller and Buyer programs, we prefer to start out modestly with 1-4 modestly-priced items ($50 - $300 range each). We start this way with our new clients so that we both can get a feel for each other and the client can become comfortable with our programs. We try to please our clients to get repeat business from them and their friends and relatives, even so, a modest start gives our clients the breathing space to decide whether or not they want to continue to do business with us without risking expensive items. Should things work out fine, which they should, we can then move together into more items and more expensive items. For both our Seller and Buyer programs, the "Auction Application Form" (AAF) below must be satisfactorily completed. We maintain confidentiality. Neither Buying from or Selling on Online auctions is 100% risk free. While we maintain a high level of Online safety and security, we cannot guarantee a crime-free experience. Even smart people do occasionally get ripped-off. But people are ripped-off in stores also (and driving to and from stores is also risky). From our experience as both an avid eBay Buyer and Seller for several years now and hundreds of auctions, attempts to rip us off are less than about 5% (0% success rate for phishing scams) - and most of those we have corrected just by us complaining to the other eBay party, and-or to eBay and PayPal (if paid for by PayPal), and being able to prove our position (e.g. by using security seals). We have found that while eBay is not perfect, eBay runs a pretty tight ship - while it has not and cannot be expected to ever be 100% rip-off free, in our opinion, it often does a good job in rewarding good eBayers and punishing bad eBayers. Even with the occasional Buy or Sell loss, it has been well worth our efforts to date to Sell and Buy on eBay. For both Buying and for Selling, a considerable amount of time, skills and ingenuity are usually required to optimize the results. And of course, even if a terrific effort is made, there is no guarantee that one can find the needed item to Buy or the needed Buyer to Sell to within the specified period of time for the acceptable price. Buys and Sells do entail some luck, and especially for unique and rare items, prices can swing wildly over even a few days of time. Not every item is virtually continuously listed and not every potential Buyer for your item is continuously Online eagerly awaiting a certain listing. There is quite a bit of ebb and flow, and sometimes wide variations in interest and prices, and patience often pays off.
NOTE: Whether Seller or Buyer, we charge a $30 annual Registration Fee, and a $10 Per Item Fee (both prepaid and nonrefundable). THE PER ITEM FEE IS WAIVED FOR EACH OF YOUR FIRST 5 ITEMS! - we want to give you the chance of knowing how good of a job we can do for you without you paying a dime in Per Item fees to us. Please note that we do no work for anyone we have not contracted with - including researching the market for items and item prices, doing test bids, analyzing or comparing prices, etc. Our contract applies to both Selling and Buying. And if we mutually agree to contract, there is NO AGENCY agreement between us and our relationship is not that of a joint venture, partnership, employer or employee. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for all tax consequences of any and all monies you make from our contract, and we are solely responsible for all tax consequences for any and all monies we make. Please read this entire webpage. If you still have questions, please email them to us ahead of time (wizguru@consumertronics.net). For items we try to sell Online or bought Online for our clients $500 or more, we usually do detailed and thorough check outs. If the item is less than $500, we usually check for cosmetic appearance and basic functions only - we usually run through whatever checks we can reasonably do that will not exceed 50% of what our net profit would likely be relevant to that item. We will not connect up or install items to or into any of our computers or to any other device not directly involved in the Sell or Buy to check them out. While we often do some Internet and auction site searches for an item to get a handle on its value, we almost never do extensive pricing research on items valued under $500 because such an all-out-effort typically takes hours and does not always produce definitive or consistent results. For example, final prices for the same item sold on eBay can vary wildly, so a "typical price" may not exist for any item.
NOTE: At this time, we are very active on eBay because eBay is by far the largest Online Auction service, we have very good success with eBay, we have a highly favorable rating on eBay, and most of our sells involve single items (we can't simultaneously auction single items on more than one auction). For our established Clients who want us to Sell and Buy for them on other Online auctions (Yahoo!, Amazon.com, Craigslist, Lycos, etc.), we will gladly make the effort; but again, we can sell single items on only one auction at a time, and we charge extra for all non-eBay auctions.
Free & Low-Cost Albuquerque, NM, area Pickups & Deliveries! If you are in the Albuquerque, NM, area (i.e. within a 15-mile radius of Montgomery & Tramway), while we will still gladly ship as if you lived anywhere else, other usually much cheaper pickup and delivery arrangements are possible (we charge $5 plus 25 cents per mile in distance per pound in weight per cubic foot in volume (distance is from corner of Montgomery & Tramway to your address and back, weight less than 1 lb is charged as 1 lb, volume less than 1/2 cubic feet is charged at 1/2 cubic feet), to deliver unsold items or items we bought for you, else you may make other arrangements to pick them up from us. We will do some FREE pickups if you provide us a reasonable accurate and complete description of the item by email ( wizguru@consumertronics.net), fax or mail, preferably with a clear, focused photo or image of it, else we charge the same rate for pickup as for delivery. All pickup and delivery fees are prepaid and nonrefundable. Pickups and deliveries are always done 9AM - 5PM, and no Sundays or Holidays, no icy, stormy or unpaved roads or mountain roads, and during times acceptable to us). We reserve the right to refuse to do any pick-up or delivery we do not feel safe or comfortable to do without liability to us.
Physical Possession of Sale Items by Us is Required: If you are not in the Albuquerque area, you must ship your items to us (at your expense) so that they are in our physical possession for us to inspect, test and photograph and for us to keep for the entire duration of this sell contract (and you must also pay for the return S/H for all unsold items you want returned to you). If you are in the Albuquerque area, upon mutual agreement, you may drop the item off or we will come to your door to pick it up, or else you will have to ship your item to us. In all case: (1) You provide us your items in a basically clean condition and properly packed with all manuals and accessories you have for it. (2) During the entire duration of this sell contract, your provided items are not used further, are unavailable for other sale or return to you even temporarily, and are out of public view. We must have your Sell Items continuously on our site during the entire auction period for the Items to make absolutely certain that if the Items Sell, and we can ship them immediately upon being paid for them. We are the ones who contract with the Buyer - it is critical that we have the Items on-hand - because if for any reason we don't have the Items on hand when the Buyer has paid for them and requires them, we are technically liable for breach of contract.
RESTRICTIONS and LIMITATIONS: Unfortunately, we live in a litigious world. Certain restrictions, limitations and provisions must apply. NOTE: We assume no liability to the Client and all other parties for anything we try to Sell or Buy relevant to any of our services, including this one. At all times, the Client assumes total liability. We will NOT Sell or Buy any item that: (1) Violates a regulation or policy of the Online auction service (if there is a doubt, the client must check out the rules of the Online auction service). (2) Is real estate, vehicle, anything towed by a vehicle (e.g. trailer, camper, etc.), aircraft, water craft, most other very large or bulky items, and large or used parts for them. (3) Is perishable, food, beverage, very fragile, or living animal/plant, or not properly preserved dead animal/plant or part of one. (4) Is adult material, illegal material, tobacco product, medicine, drug, medical, lock picking equipment, safety equipment, or requires a special license or approval (medical devices that are intended for non-medical purposes only, e.g. a nebulizer used to cool down machining operation or dental picks for use in an auto repair shop, are OK). (5) The Buyer or Seller cannot legally possess or use, or is known to be stolen, false, fake, fraudulent, contraband, forged or counterfeited. (6) Is a gun, ammunition, toxic biological, hazardous chemical, corrosive, inflammable, explosive, weapon, radioactive material or otherwise cannot be legally possessed or shipped (most knives and gun accessories, e.g. gun scopes, reloaders, etc., are all OK). (7) While technically legal to possess, use and ship, the item is likely intended for an illegal end use. (8) Is a critical safety feature for anything. (9) Is greater than 60 lbs in weight, 60" in any dimension, or 60 cubic feet in volume (case-by-case exceptions are possible for items valued at $500+). (10) Involves an address that UPS and USPS won't or can't deliver shipments directly to the Online Buyer or return to us if necessary. (11) Is not fully and totally owned by the Client, the Client cannot legally Sell or Buy it, or it is legally encumbered in any other way (e.g. loan collateral, or likely part of a legal action). (12) Is or includes a stock, bond, IOU, note, currency, precious item, letter of authenticity, service or contract that may require us, you or the Online Buyer/Seller to obligate, promise, claim or guarantee a kickback, bribe, third-party fee, obligation or performance. Also, we will not ourselves bid on any item our Client is Selling or trying to Buy through us, or that in any other way would probably unfairly impact the auction (e.g. no shill bidding). Also for reliability and payment reasons, Sells and Buys are almost always limited to the United States. And acceptable payments are almost always limited to check, money order (MO), PayPal, and Western Union (WU). We consider Postal MO, PayPal and WU to be same as cash.

OUR ONLINE SELLER PROGRAM: It's simple, and here is how you, the potential Seller, Sells Online through us (if you have any questions or concerns about our Seller program, please email them to us ( wizguru@consumertronics.net, please don't phone as I am often in lab); be specific in SUBJECT line to avoid spam filters; if you have a specific Item(s) in mind, please see AAF form below):
      (1) On the AAF below, you specify what you want us to try to Sell for you Online, and the minimum amount that you will accept for it. Only you can determine what that price is, but it must be at least $50 ($75 for multiple very similar or identical items) for us to handle it as we must make at least $25 from its Sales Fee, which is based on what the Item sold for (see below for Sales Fee schedule). You include item description, age, condition, functionality (use form below). Based on your description, photo(s), image(s), and our experience, knowledge and research, we determine whether or not we believe that we can make at least twice for the item based on your minimum asking price, and if we believe we can, we will inform you in writing to provide us the item (if you are in the Albuquerque, NM, area, see "BOTH" above) for our inspection and safekeeping for the sale. Then at that point (and not before) you consign us the item (non-agency consignment) plus payment for full return S/H (return S/H is 110% of estimated UPS ground shipping charges) to you should your item not Sell (should you want non-sold item returned to you. If in Albuquerque area, see "BOTH" above). NOTE: We will not list an item unless, until and while it is in our physical possession (if we lose possession of the Item, we will immediately cancel the Online sale).
      (2) We inspect your item upon its arrival. If in our opinion, it is not at least as good as we had expected, we return the item to you (if you have included full return S/H payment; if you live in Albuquerque, see "BOTH" above) and cancel our contract with you with no liability to us. If it is as good or better than expected, we then run your item on eBay for up to four consecutive 7-day Sell periods for at least 200% of your minimum amount (which takes up to about one month to complete).
(3a) ITEM SELLS: The item may not sell, but if it does sell, it will sell at or above (sometimes much above) your minimum amount. Our Sales Fee is a nonrefundable, and here is how it is based (excludes the S/H charges also paid for by the Buyer to ship the item; and applies to the Sale of both single items and to each sale of multiple items (very similar or identical items)): (1) 50% of the sales price for that part of the sales price between $0 and $50. (2) 25% of the sales price for that part of the sales price, if any, between $50.01 and $500. (3) 12.5% of the sales price for that part of the sales price, if any, above $500. You receive the balance of the sales price after the sales price is paid to us by the Buyer and payment has cleared (for PayPal, Western Union and Postal MO there is no clearance period; for all other payments, allow one month from our deposit date for payment to clear). For example, if your item sells for $1,000, our Sales Fee is only $200 (0.50x$50 + 0.25x$450 +0.125x$500) (which is 20% in this case), and you receive the balance of $800! Much of our Sales Fee is used to pay all auction fees related to BOTH the listing and sales of your item (as well as PayPal fees if item paid for through PayPal), plus additionally compensates us for photography, image preparation, write-up, uploading to the auction, describing it, revising its description if necessary, and placing item into the auction, storing and managing item during our possession of it, and repairing and improving item (if we choose to do so). Also keep in mind that if your Item does not sell, you pay NO SALES FEE while we still pay for all of these things except for the eBay's Final Value Fee (FVF=$0 if item does not sell), so your risk is absolutely minimal. The Online Buyer separately pays for all of the S/H charges. Since we will be doing the shipping, we also keep all Buyer-paid S/H charges to apply towards the shipping. Upon receiving the Buyer's payment, we deposit it. After two weeks* from deposit of payment, we ship the item to the Buyer (in virtually all cases, this is adequate time for the payment to clear). If the payment has not bounced within one month* of our depositing it, and the Buyer has not complained about the item, we then send you a check for your amount as described above (plus whatever passbook interest, if any, your amount accrued during that period). *For Postal MO, PayPal or WU payments with Confirmed addresses, we can usually ship within a few days of receipt of payment.
If the Buyer complains about the item within a reasonable period of time of his/her receipt of the Item (usually 15 days) and the complaint cannot be resolved by offering a reasonable partial refund (which then reduces both of our amounts according to the Sales Fee schedule above), upon receipt of the item in good condition from the Buyer, we refund 100% of the Buyer's money (including his/her S/H which the Seller reimburses us for), and then the sale becomes null and void (you must then refund us all payments we made to you relevant to the item, if any, within 10 days of the Buyer's refund). If for any reason after we have shipped the item, the payment bounces, we assume no liability for the loss or damage of the item and-or payment (you must then refund us all payments we made to you relevant to this Item, if any, within 10 days of notification of invalid payment), and we keep all fees you paid us. Client assumes all liability to the Buyer and us for the items he/she Sells through us (we assume no liability).
(3b) ITEM DOES NOT SELL: If item does not Sell after four consecutive 7-day Sell periods, we absorb all losses of the auction listing fees, as well as our time and efforts described above to prepare and list the item, and the most you are out of in your item costs is your payment to return the item to you (or provide it to you, if in Albuquerque, see above under "BOTH") and your Per Item Fee. At this point, should you want us to relist it and we agree to relist it, we will then charge you 33% of your minimum amount or $25, whichever is greater, as our minimum nonrefundable Relist Fee (whether Item Sells or not, and must be prepaid), and then list it at 150% of your minimum amount for up to another four 7-day Sell auctions. Since relisting is at a lower price (150% vs. 200% for initial listing), there is usually a greater chance that the item will sell. If the item then sells, we are paid an additional 10% of that part of the sales price, if any, that exceeds the list price. As long as it is mutually agreeable, you can repeat relistings on this same basis (unless the item is exceptional, the most we normally go is one more set of 4 Sell periods) with a new nonrefundable Relist Fee applying for each new set of listings. Should the item not Sell in the end, and you have included the return S/H, we will then ship the item back to you (if you live in Albuquerque, see above) or you can arrange to pick item up. If you did not include the return S/H originally and have not picked item up within 60 days after the end of last auction period for it, we will dispose of the item as we see fit without liability unless your full S/H payment arrives in the meantime.

OUR ONLINE BUYER PROGRAM: It's simple, here is how you, the potential Buyer, Buys Online through us (if you have any questions or concerns about our Buyer program, please email them to us ( wizguru@consumertronics.net, please don't phone as we are often in lab); be specific and clear in SUBJECT line to avoid spam filters; if you have a specific Item(s) in mind, please see AAF form below):
      (1) On the AAF below, you specify what item you want us to try to Buy for you Online, and the maximum amount you are willing to pay for it (including all Seller-imposed S/H as Buyer normally pays the S/H). Only you can determine what your item specifications and maximum amount are. Most eBay wins are for less than the maximum price the Bidder is willing to pay for the item (including its S/H). You are likely to be pleasantly surprised at getting the item for less - often much less - than you had expected!
      (2) You provide us a Postal M.O. (PMO#1) for 110% of your Maximum Amount before we begin searching (your Max Amount Postal M.O.; the extra 10% is our Successful Buy Fee). For each item we find that we believe meets your specifications, we will bid your Maximum Amount minus Seller-imposed S/H (S/H can vary substantially between Sellers and while usually disclosed, S/H is sometimes only estimated by the Seller prior to auction close), which is your Bid Amount. In addition, you provide us a second Postal M.O. (PMO#2) as our fee (i.e. Fee Postal M.O.), which is 10% of your Maximum Amount plus $25 (both nonrefundable, $50 minimum total) for us to search eBay for the item at least 30 times during a month's time to attempt to find and win an auction on an item based on your specifications. Upon receipt, we will deposit PMO#2 into our account because you pay our fee under this program whether or not we can find and win the item for you. Please note that we will conduct no eBay searches for you until we have your PMO#2 in our hands. Please also note that we can not and do not search for items which we believe are illegal, unethical, immoral or a type of item eBay does not permit to be sold on eBay.
(3a) BUY EFFORT SUCCEEDS: Should you win the item in the auction, your Winning Bid in some auctions (e.g. eBay) is often much less than your Bid Amount but will never exceed your Bid Amount (however, if S/H comes up higher than expected then your winning bid + S/H may exceed your Maximum Amount and you must make up any difference; this rarely occurs). Should you win the item, we will deposit PMO#1 into our account and then we will promptly pay the Seller for the item plus the Seller's S/H. In addition to getting the item once it comes in to us, to settle up between us: $ Amount We Pay You* = $ PMO#1 - $ Winning Bid - $ Seller-imposed S/H - $ Successful Buy Fee (*If result is negative (rare), then it become $ Amount You Pay Us). We will direct the Seller to ship your won item directly to us. Items are shipped directly to us so we can inspect and test them to be sure they are as described and not DOA (dead on arrival) before transferring them to our clients. You must prepay our S/H charge to ship your item to you if you don't pick it up yourself (110% of estimated UPS ground shipping rate) plus whatever insurance you require (usually $2.50). If the item is not sent by the Seller or arrives not as described by the Seller, we will notify you, and both email and phone (if Seller has a phone) a complaint to the Seller and file a complaint with eBay (and possibly PayPal) if necessary, and that will be the extent of our duty to you to try to obtain a refund or replacement for you if that is your expressed wish (90+% of the items we have purchased from eBay Sellers are as good or better than we expected, and that such complaints to a bad Seller or eBay usually works to resolve the problem). We assume no liability if the Seller does not ship after payment or for the quality or quantity of the item received from the Seller as we have no control over those factors.
(3b) BUY EFFORT FAILS: If we find no item that meets your specifications or we have found an item(s) and bid on it/them based on your Bid Amount(s), and you did not win one of them, we stop searching for your item at the end of the 30 days, and return PMO#1 to you undeposited, which you can refund at a U.S. Post Office. If at that point, you wish us to continue the search and we agree to continue searching for you, you can then request to re-contract for it under our Buyer Program described above. We advise that you set your Maximum Amount a bit on the high side for your specified item to maximize our ability to find and buy the item you need. Again, many auctions close for less than expected value so regardless of how high you make your Maximum Amount you often won't pay a penny more for the item then if you had a low Maximum Amount while greatly improving your chances of getting the item if it closes on the high side.

Other Property Services we Offer - PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY APPRAISALS: we have found that some people who contact us for our Online Auction Services aren't really sure what the values of their items are. We are also a professional, high-quality, affordable Professional Property Appraiser (non-real estate). While specializing primarily in computer, electronic, electrical, mechanical, scientific, industrial, commercial, and high-tech manufacturing equipment, accessories, parts and supplies, we can also estimate values for other items but sometimes less reliably.

Auction Application Form (AAF) Contract (Selling & Buying)

This AAF contract may initially seem complex because it is designed for us to Sell your item at the highest reasonable price or Buy an item for you at the lowest reasonable price - it is well worth your time and effort. And once you get used to it, you can do it in a few minutes time. Fill out those blanks that apply to you for either Selling or Buying. "Item" used herein refers to one or more items (i.e. hardware, software, books, etc.) you want to Sell or Buy as one lot (complete one AAF for each lot). A lot may consist of more than one Item (e.g. "table and chairs set"). Please print out AAF, or copy AAF into your webpage publishing or wordprocessor program (WP) (don't change any wording). Then complete this form as accurately, clearly and completely as you can. If hardcopy, complete in dark ink, then mail to us, or scan into your computer and email-attach it to us as a JPG or GIF file. If computer-completed, email-attach it to us as a HTML or TXT file. For all emails, be specific in email SUBJECT line to avoid spam filters ( wizguru@consumertronics.net). Use additional sheets of paper as you require, and include photos or other images of the actual items if you can:

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that we assume no liability to any and all persons who have a past, current or future interest in the item, to all Clients, Buyers, Sellers and Online Auction Services relevant to the item, and to all third parties impacted by Bidding on, Buying or Selling of the item, and that should any legal or regulatory action be brought in which we are alleged to be liable based on any theory of law, that you and all potentially liable owners and managers of the item shall fully and immediately indemnify, defend and hold us free and harmless for all fees, costs, expenses and losses that directly or indirectly result from such allegations and legal and regulatory actions, according to our policies described herein and at: www.consumertronics.net/policies.htm.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that for any reason we see fit and without requiring any explanation or resulting in any liability to us, we may end an Online Sell or Buy effort we are conducting or planning to conduct on your behalf.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that while we will try our reasonable best under the circumstances to Sell the item for you (if you are the Seller) or Buy the item for you (if you are the Buyer), we cannot guarantee that the item will Sell or that we can Buy the item for you within your specifications, or that the auction or item will otherwise turn out as either you or we had expected. We will make a good faith effort to try to do a good job for you.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that neither you nor any agent of yours will ever file a complaint with or a lawsuit against any Online auction service regarding any item covered under this contract, regardless of your perceived wrongdoing about it, and that you forever relinquish all such rights to complain to Online auction services and to sue them relevant to any item or situation we are contracted with you for. (On a limited basis only, solely at our discretion and at no liability to us, and for what we consider to be justifiable reasons, we will file one or more complaints to the Online auction service, and-or to the perceived offending Seller or Buyer, and-or file negative feedback with the auction service against any offending Seller or Buyer, and-or apply for whatever insurance and safe harbor compensation we contracted for (if insurance covers any of your or our losses, we will divide its proceeds to each of us proportional to our losses). This provision is not intended to in any way to limit you and-or us to file a lawsuit and-or criminal complaints against an offending Seller of an item you bought through us or a Buyer of an item you sold through us but does fully apply if you intend to also name the Online auction service as a defendant).

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree to pay all fees described herein in full which you are charged within 30 days of when the fee occurs. Furthermore, you fully understand and agree to pay an additional 1.5% per month interest on any and all balances you still owe on any and all fees not paid within the 30 days of when the fee occurs.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that all of our policies on our policies.htm webpage that do not contradict the policies stated herein and do not contradict the policies of the Online auction service relevant to your Sell or Buy intentions fully apply here, and that the Online auction service applicable here is eBay unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by you prior to eBay being contacted about our Sell or Buy effort on your behalf.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that we assume no liability for any errors or omissions we may commit related to the execution of this contract. Furthermore, you fully understand and agree that if your interpretation of any of our policies differs from our interpretation that our interpretation will prevail as long as it is a reasonable interpretation.

SELLER SECTION:

(required) Please disclose all known currently existing problems, defects and deficiencies of this item, and modifications made and needed repairs, and please if possible provide clear, unretouched photo images of the item, preferably in .jpg format. You must include at least one photo of the item's front and back, and a photo of each item surface that shows a defect or deficiency. Please do NOT provide or ship the item to us unless and until we ask for it in writing, and if and when we do, observe our package policies described below:
________________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________________

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that once a Bidder bids on your Sell item, you cannot change your mind and back out of the Sell and you and we are contractually obligated to send the winning Bidder (the Buyer) the item unless the Buyer voluntarily withdraws from the transaction, or Buyer's payment does not clear, the Buyer accepts his/her money back, or the Buyer's payment fails to arrive within 15 days of end-of-auction.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that the item is solely and totally legally owned by you, that the item is not part of any collateral for any debt that you owe or is encumbered in any other way, that you have the full legal right to Sell it through us, that we have the exclusive right to Sell your item, that you will not make any attempt to otherwise Sell, Trade, retrieve from us, give away, transfer or dispose of this item outside of this contract while this contract is in effect, and that you will make no attempt to obtain the item back from us while either an Online auction listing for it is active or if there is a winning Bidder (i.e. Buyer) for it. And that you shall fully and immediately indemnify us for all direct or indirect resulting costs, losses, fees and expenses and hold us harmless for all claims on the item by others, if any, according to the policies described herein. If the auction closes with no bidders, we will gladly release the item back to you if that is your wish, but there is no refund of fees.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that, totally at our discretion and with no liability to us, we may change the description of your item from how you described it above, how we described it previously or how similar items are typically described before or during any of the listings you have contracted for herein (i.e. 4 listings) (we create many Online auction listings, and based on how well we sell items, we believe we do a very good job; also, we need to have the full and unfettered capability to correct errors and omissions as they are discovered in our efforts to increase Sell potential and to correct anything that may be substantially misleading).

______ Initial here if you do NOT want to describe your item as,"as is" in the Sell description (NOTE: If you do not include "as is" in your auction description, and you have not described any known significant functional or cosmetic defects or deficiencies above, then you are responsible for providing an item that is both fully functional and with no substantial cosmetic damages or blemishes other than ordinary wear and tear. Furthermore, we must disclose in the Sell description all significant defects and deficiencies known to us. Liability for totally checking out the item and reporting all revealed significant defects and deficiencies to us lies solely and totally with you).

If you require a minimum Bidder auction favorable rating number or percent (i.e. percentage of positive feedbacks to total feedbacks - higher is usually better up to a point) specify your minimum favorable ratings here for your Bidders: _____________ (If you leave blank, we will set the minimum favorable number rating at 50 and percentage rating at 95%. Note: Many solid auction Buyers have ratings substantially less than 100% - every percentage point restriction eliminates many potential Bidders). Note that feedback should be considered only as a rough indicator because it is a subjective system usually with too few samples to establish a statistical correlation and relies on many unfair factors and manipulations that some times result in gross overratings and underratings.

______ (recommended) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that we may separate and/or combine at our discretion and at no liability to us any item(s) you have contracted herein for us to Sell on Online auction, at no change in your Per Item Fee and no extra charge to you. Each separated and combined item then becomes a new item fully covered by this contract as if contracted for in its separated or combined states. When separated, the minimum dollar amount for each resulting lot is prorated from your minimum dollar amount based on the percentage of individual units in each lot. When combined, your minimum dollar amounts are also likewise combined.

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that, totally at our discretion and with no liability to us, we may attempt or refuse to attempt to cleanup, repair, modify, lubricate, paint, add accessories (e.g. computer cards, software, memory chips, extra cables, etc.), and-or make other touchups at no additional cost to you and at our discretion and at no liability to us any item(s) you have contracted herein for us to Sell on an Online auction, at no change in your per item fee and at no additional charge to you (NOTE: Any maintenance and enhancements we will likely do will be minor if the item is not an expensive item - we will either not accept a generally dirty item or will accept it and attempt to Sell it in the provided condition solely at our discretion and of no liability to us. Please at least wipe your item down with a safe cleaning solution for it before you ship or provide it to us, and provide everything you can find that originally came with the item (including its original packaging and manuals if possible). Please also note that if the item does not sell, we may at our discretion and of no liability to us retain all cords, cables, connectors, batteries, power supplies, cards, modules, software, and other parts, if any, we provided free for you for the Sale unless you wish to purchase them from us separately).

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and permit us, should we have an interest in your item, to Buy your item outright at your minimum amount and at no liability to us after any listing of item for you has expired and item did not sell. Should you permit us to Buy your item ourselves, we will pay you your entire minimum amount within 10 days, we will charge you no fees, we will also return to you all of your return S/H payment, and this contract will automatically convert into a simple sales contract between us for the item. NOTE: Since we are the Online Seller of your item, we ourselves cannot bid on your item while it is being auctioned - no matter how much we want it or would be willing to pay for it - but can only buy it after an auction listing. Also, if your item does not Sell through us, we are under no obligation to buy your item or otherwise pay you for it. Should your item not Sell and you included sufficient return S/H, we will return it to you (if from Albuquerque, see "BOTH" above).

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and permit us to solely at our own discretion and at no liability to us to separately advertise and promote your item at or above your minimum amount at no additional cost to you outside of the auction (greater exposure of item for you) at any time between the time we receive the item and when it sells or it is returned to you, and furthermore if your item is sold by us outside of the auction, all charges will apply as if it was sold by the auction. Note that any such additional advertisement and promotion will carry the proviso that while the auction for the item is occurring, the item can only be purchased through the auction.

______ Initial here if you do NOT give us discretion to include a Buy It Now price with your Seller listing (with Buy It Now, more pressure is put on Bidders to buy the item right away - usually resulting in faster money, however, the downside is that you might not get as good of a price with Buy It Now than without it and it can make you appear desperate to sell; also, if your item is Bid on below the Buy It Now price, the Buy It Now option may become null and void with some auctions and the auction then must proceed until normal closing). If you permit us to do a Buy It Now, it is totally at mutual agreement between us and with no liability to us. Usually, we do not do a Buy It Now on the first and second listings of same item unless we are in a rush to dispose of the item or the item is a commonly advertised item with a well-known narrow price range to Bidders.

______ Initial here if you wish to have your auction done as a Dutch Auction (you must have more than one identical item). If so, how many identical items (i.e. same make, model, type, part #, size, condition, accessories, and level of completeness; color may vary), do you wish to include in your Dutch Auction?: _______ (your minimum price above is per item) (our commission is based on the total sales of all sold items).

______ Initial here if you wish to have your auction done as a Reserved Price Auction. If so, what is your Reserve Price (must be greater than your minimum price above)?: $_________ (please note that your total advanced payment must also include a nonrefundable payment for 10% of your Reserve Price).

BUYER SECTION:

(required) Please describe all special features, modifications, functions, conditions, appearances, accessories, attachments, peripherals, and packaging that you are in favor of or are against, and next to each one put a number 1 - 6, where: [1]=Must have feature, [2]=Highly desired feature but not critical, [3]=Consider feature if all other factors are close, [4]=Mildly negative feature, [5]=Rather not have feature but not critical, and [6]=Must reject feature (e.g. "two antennas [2]", "newer than 1980 [6]"), we will try to closely target what you want:
________________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________________
________________________________________________________________________________________

______ (required) Initial here if you fully understand and agree that if you (through us) are the highest Bidder on an item, you become the Buyer, and both you and we are contractually obligated to fully pay for the item plus its Seller-imposed shipping/handling (S/H) fee and accept its delivery, and can never back out from paying for the item without a clearly justifiable reason for backing out (e.g. the Seller withdraws the item or claims it to be missing or defective). However, if the item is not delivered or arrives in substantially worse condition than it is described and-or in a dangerous condition, a total refund can be applied for by through the Online auction service or PayPal, if paid by PayPal.

______ Initial here if you do NOT give us permission to include in our Buying efforts for you items listed as, "as is" or with similar wording (NOTE: "As is" items usually Sell for substantially cheaper, but are also more likely to have substantial functional and-or cosmetic problems). Often, "as is" simply means that the Seller does not know how to work the device or has no good way of testing it.

______ Initial here if you give us permission to Bid on an item for you that is cosmetically flawed just as long as it is reasonable to believe that it is not also functionally flawed.

______ Initial here if you wish to pay for optional shipping insurance (as part of the Seller-imposed S/H) should you win an auction for your specified item (we do not recommend insurance - in our view, shipping insurance is a waste of money unless the item is of great value, rare or irreplaceable, as Seller must be able to prove that he shipped the item or refund, and refund if item is not received in a reasonable condition as based on his or her Online auction description and you wish to seek a refund).

If you require a minimum Seller auction rating favorable number or percent (i.e. percentage of positive feedbacks to total feedbacks - higher is usually better up to a point) for the item you seek, specify your minimum favorable ratings here for Sellers: _______________. (If you leave blank, we will set the minimum favorable number rating at 100 and percentage rating at 95%. Note: Many solid auction Sellers have ratings substantially less than 100% - every percentage point restriction eliminates many Sellers). Note that feedback should be considered only as a rough indicator because it is a subjective system usually with too few samples to establish a statistical correlation and relies on many unfair factors and manipulations that some times result in gross overratings and underratings.

REASONS FOR POLICIES : For those who might ask why we have so many policies. The answer is simple: Today's overly-legalistic business environment reality requires them. Period. When you Buy just about anything today - product or service - it usually is accompanied by some long, detailed set of official disclaimers and other policies. The greater the variety and complexity of the products and services sold - the more disclaimers. Even contracting for a "simple" fax service these days can require a 9-page contract! Personally, we don't like them any more than you do. And it is certainly not our intent for any of our policies to be viewed as unfriendly or personally insulting in any way to our good Clients. We do appreciate your business. Thank you for your business. May you have the best of successes in all that you do. - John J. Williams, Online Auction Services

CONTACT POLICIES

Because we may receive 100s of letters, phone calls and emails per week, common sense and simple time-savers (e.g. an SASE, well thought out inquiry, clear and concise description) often make our job to provide you our best response much easier. Do NOT make any unsolicited promotionary phone calls or emails to us ! Instead, send us your offer by mail. Include your SASE. Because of 9/11-related concerns, we have had to tighten our security.

If you approach us as any kind of author, researcher, reporter, producer, investigator, legal entity, competitor, or in any similar capacity, you MUST first, unless otherwise forbidden by law, clearly and accurately identify yourself and all intentions, obtain explicit written permission from us, and fully disclose all intention to:

All contacts made with us must be strictly within the scope of legal purposes only. All illegal contacts are strictly forbidden.

FACILITY VISITS: Because of the high level of security our work can require, WE NEVER PERMIT VISITS TO OUR FACILITIES OR MEET WITH A CLIENT WITHOUT A PRIOR APPOINTMENT AND GOOD REASON.

EMAILS & FAXES: Because we are out in the field a lot, faxes are permitted only on an pre-approved basis and we cannot guarantee immediate responses to faxes. For a compelling need, we may make an exception and authorize Faxing of other items; in which cases, please call/write us and describe what you would like to Fax us. NOTE: we charge $100 per page for every page of unsolicited advertising we are faxed or emailed. Please Fax us as few pages as possible (preferably no cover sheet). Please clearly sign and date all your Faxes. You may send us faxes as image file or text attachments to emails to us (i.e. virtual faxes), but they must be sent only as .tif, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or .pdf (with printing allowed) files. NEVER SEND US AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT FOR A .DOC, .EXE, .ZIP or ANY OTHER EXECUTABLE OR COMPRESSED FILE FORMAT - THESE WILL ALWAYS BE IMMEDIATELY DELETED, AND WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO THE SENDER, AND we ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM. And all attached files from unknown subjects, unexpected, and-or suspicious will also be handled in the same manner.

Generally, since we are often in the field and cannot respond to mail on a quick basis, we welcome and encourage email contacts as usually the fastest means of getting a response from us. And you can use emails to notify us when you sent contract, request, inquiry or payment (and the type and amount of your payment). However, there are several email restrictions:
       (1) Please never send us personal information via ordinary email. For your own security, since ordinary email is really not private, use regular First Class Mail (preferred), fax or phone call to inform us of personal information, if any, which is part of your Online auction Sell or Buy.
       (2) Please never send us spam, or junk or commercial mail, email or faxes. Our email is reserved strictly for our Clients and potential Clients to inquire about our Online auction services, place orders, and for technical and Client support of our offers and Client orders, and notifications of payments and contracts.
        (3) Please never send us an email attachment in executable or compressed file format, or computer virus, trojan horse or worm. we never open email attachments with a executable or compressed file format - we always discard them - and we are never responsible for them. The sender is fully responsible for anything he/she sends us which damages our system or files, or in any way compromises the privacy and confidentiality or retrieves any of our files, passwords or keywords.

LETTERS, and PACKAGES (include all envelopes over 1 lb): Please clearly sign and date all written material you send us.
General: When you write to us for any reason other than to place an order or inquire about one, please observe the following:
For best responses, be sure to include a #10 SASE. we always carefully inspect all received packages. we are not responsible for the disposition of unauthorized, poorly labeled, tampered with or otherwise suspicious packages we receive (usually, we will attempt to contact sender first). Please use this procedure:
First, clear your package with us in writing our email, mail or fax (not by phone) prior to shipping it to us. Before you ship a package to us, your package must first be assigned a package # by us, and that # must clearly appear in clearly readable lettering on the front of your package. we assume no liability for any package sent to us without the correct package # properly placed on your package.
Clearly label your package with your verifiable name and return street address, and actual phone number or email address.
Do not ship to us anything that is illegal or hazardous to ship, store, and-or possess.
Do not ship to us any opaque unopened containers.
For packages that we accept, if the sender does not provide us a reasonable written explanation, within 30 days of us receiving the package, describing why it was sent or returned to us, we will dispose of its contents as we see fit at no liability to us, unless other written arrangements have been made. To reship an undeliverable, refused or return-for-refund package, we charge the normal S/H plus a MINIMUM 25% fee that must be prepaid by sender.

Certified, Registered, Insured & Proof-of-Delivery (CRIP) Mail: Because of past CRIP abuse, even if inadvertently signed for, we take no responsibility for CRIP mail that does not meet all of these standards and reserve the right to trash unopened with no harm or liability to myself (I will waive (4) and (5) requirement if the CRIP arrival is preceded by a signed and dated fax or non-CRIP postal letter by the sender that notifies us of his/her upcoming CRIP mail, includes a copy of the CRIP envelope or package face, and includes all of the information required by (4) and (5)), that:
       (1) The CRIP envelope/package must NOT be a "RESTRICTED DELIVERY" one.
       (2) The CRIP envelope/package must be addressed to: "JOHN J. WILLIAMS, ONLINE AUCTION SERVICES, P.O. Box 23097, Albuquerque, NM 87192." No other CRIPs will be accepted by us, except those of a clearly identifiable government origin.
       (3) The CRIP envelope/package must have a clear, truthful, accurate and verifiable return name and address, which all must 100% match with that on the return card, if any. Its CRIP number must also match that on the return card.
       (4) Below the return address, the word, "From: " must be printed, followed by the clear, complete and actual name and address of the sending person (and also organization, if it also relates to an organization) which the contents most relates to.
        (5) Below the "From: " line, the word, "Content: " must appear, followed by a clear, 100% truthful and complete description disclosing ALL of the actual contents (e.g. "contract", "inquiry", "legal document", etc.). If a legal document, you must also fully disclose under "Content" exactly what type of legal document, and if a case is involved, the specific case number and court. If you include any attachments, unrelated materials, or supplementary materials, these too must also all be fully disclosed under "Content".
